Freestyling on the street is quite different to do tricks in real football matches. The moves are risky, and can caught your team off-guard and could get you conceded a goal.
However, those superstar players in the video knew how to use those tricks to benefit their team. This video was posted about 2 years ago, but the moves are everlasting 
Off topic - the most interesting fact about this video right here is that so many versions were created and posted on YouTube, based on the same compilation, but with different theme song. I really think soccer tricks are worthwhile. But as you said, they can be very risky to use. Soccer players should only use tricks when the risk of conceding a goal is minimal. I was always taught not to use tricks when the lead is only 1 goal or when the opponent is leading.

I agree - tricks are nice and all, but they are useless of you can’t win the match (although, of course, this is different from Brazil’s joga bonito - winning or losing the match comes second, beautiful football comes first).
